Tsz Chiu Guan

Tsz Chiu Guan, who has served as our Chief Operating Officer since December 19, 2024, has more than 9 years of experience in equity and credit investment in Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, the United States and Mainland China. He has invested over $100 million of capital across different asset classes such as private equity, venture capital and private credit. Some of the portfolio companies include unicorn companies such as Lalamove, a global leading logistics platform, and Keep, a leading fitness platform in China.

He has served as the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy and Risk Officer at PACM since 2020. Prior to PACM, Mr. Guan first started his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Hong Kong and has worked on various functions including financial due diligence, financial auditing and anti-money laundering for over five years between 2011 to 2017. He then served as Vice President of Investec’s principal investment team between 2017 to 2018.

Mr. Guan obtained his Bachelor of Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University at Lexington, Virginia. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
